Dulcimer Lessons
Mark teaches traditional style of lap or mountain dulcimer by tablature or by ear. The Dulcimer is a great instrument not only because it has a beautiful sound, but it is also very affordable and fairly easy to play. This is a great instrument for those who think they will never be able to play an instrument!
Traditional Style ~ This is the original old style of playing. Learn to play melodies on the double string while strumming a rhythmic accompaniment.
Chord/Melody Style ~ A newer more complex style emphasizing the playing of chords.
